The hotels are alway dirty which is surprising because you do have to pay a cleaning fee. The sale staff will lie and harass you the entire stay and if you complain to the corporate level they tell you to pound sand. Wyndham is an unethical company that must need to con new owners because the service so bad no one would go back if they weren't already locked into a contract.

I haven't had time to really see what Gold will do for us. We were Silver for a longtime. We recently moved to Gold. With 5 years at Platinum. Then after 5 years falling back to permanent Gold. I didn't want anymore points because I am Platinum Bluegreen. After we arrived at the Grand Desert in Las Vegas, the phone started ringing off the hook wanting us to do an owner review. Tough experience in so many ways. For starters, if you are doing this just to get a free gift, reconsider before you sign up. We did not do it for this reason, but several times they refer to the bribe you accepted to sign up, in an attempt to degrade you, including when they say goodbye as they push you out the elevator. The message becomes more and more contradictory as the sales process does not favor the seller. The bribe comment became like a dagger, and the bribe is a way of life with this business model. 0 star! This was an absolute nightmare!!! A lady stopped us on our way to dinner inside of Caesars Palace and told us she has a gift for us. We hesitated thinking "nothing is free," but thought it could be knickknacks with Caesars Palace's logo. She lead us to the desk and the young man at the desk started to tell us about free shows and a few other items for $40 if we spend two hours listening to a presentation. Their sales person Dan lied to me and said I would get the same benefits as the regular owner. This would make sense as reason I would want to try it out is that I wanted to have a realistic experience so I could make an informed decision to plunge down a large sum. A 10 word minimum? This is a ZERO star company. High pressure promises to get you to buy after you sit for 5 hours in what was to be a 90 minute presentation in which they give you lowered price show tickets. We told them we do not plan ahead for vacations. They said this will still work well for us as we can receive great discounted prices on their hotels and on the major airline tickets. Our story isn't as bad as some, we didn't purchase. However, while on vacation in Waikiki, we were simply deceitfully enticed into attending a presentation. We were in the middle of signing the documents, and promises weren't kept and the total of monthly payments was about $100 more than we anticipated. We walked away and I am so glad we did, especially after reading so many reviews on the BBB site. I plan to file a complaint with the Hawaii real estate commission.

Would love to give them a cero. After hours of saying no to the time share's offer, been mentally exhaust of the most aggressive sales experience I've ever have on my life, we decided to get a trial offer called "Club Wyndham Discovery Membership". It has been the worse experience of my life.
