We were told the timeshare presentation would be 90 minutes. We walked in at 8:45am and didn't leave until 1:46pm. They wasted 5 hours of our 2 day vacation. We talked to 5 different sales people, saw 2 separate presentations and didn't even get a tour. We were so exhausted even if we did want to buy something we wouldn't have because they lied and held us hostage for half the day!

We were on vacation in the WI Dells late April/early May this year (2018). We decided to take a tour of Wyndham and to choose a free stay as our gift. We were told on the phone when making the appt. that there were no blackout days/months. I was told that twice. We went on the tour and listened to a group talk. Did the vacation certificate indicate any verbiage of guaranteed availability for a specific time frame or to just contact the reservation number when you are ready to book? It starts after an enjoyable meal @ ************** restaurant. As I was leaving the tip, my wife was greated at the entrance by Wyndham employee Adam about thier ******************** and thier vacation club. We explained that we already vacation time through RCI and had no interest in purchasing an additional one. Adam said don't worry they have a special RCI class that would help us utilize our current RCI timeshare, and that Wyndham had recently bought them out. We paid almost 350.00 to stay at the Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Had issues with our room. The fridge did not work....had no idea it didn't work until food we had to throw away some of the food and drinks were warm, coffee maker did not work and drained on my belongings, we also had issues with the sink not wanting to drain. Called and spoke with manager and he said they would fix the issues for the next customers. We sat thru a presentation in April 2018 so we could get the 7 day vacation voucher. Our sale agent was very nice and we did purchase but after a few days realized it was not for us and recinded (canceled) our contract. I have to say everyone we came in contact with was more then helpful. The only negitive is we are trying to use the "free" 7 day vacation voucher and like other comments it is impossible to book.
My husband and I were intrigued about the "Free 7 night stay" at a Wyndham Resort just for going to a 1.5 hour seminar for their program. We knew we weren't interested in investing in a timeshare, and our consultant was surprisingly understanding of this. He did not pressure us at all but gave us options. I went to meeting to determine if I could afford I told them it was too expensive 3 hours later they are still arguing with me that I could afford it also they wanted my social security # not happening I received coupon free ($75) probably can't use since I was advised these resorts rarely have openings when I called to book!!!!!!!!!
WYNDHAM Vacation Resorts Inc. April 21, 2018 we went to san antonio and they offered to know the Wyndham hotel and it was actually sale of hotel access to anywhere in the world. all very nice and cheap. when the time came for the price was between quotation marks accessible, 225 dlls, but the initial payment almost 7000 dlls, and of course not.
