We have been owners for less than a year and this is by far the worst vacation ownership ever. I own Disney as well and tried finding something to compliment them. I was just told my dues are going to be doubled if I do not spend another 27,000. If this program is so good why won't they buy it back from us at half of what I paid for it. I will be contacting a lawyer on my return home and seeing what legal options I have. There have been so many lies from these people it is hard to know what is true.

I made an online reservation with ******************** in Hershey, PA for a stay on June 8, through June 10, 2018. When I arrived, the front desk office was very dark and stuffy. I was already a bit put off by the appearance of the building and location to the street. When I was asked to pay, I requested that I see the room. The manager was not happy to do so, but complied. I had a great experience with this company. A lot of people have bought and not happy. I will tell you I am beyond happy. I get to stay anywhere I want with my family and its great. If you ever have a chance to visit a Wyndham resort please DO IT. You will love it.

Highest pressure sales ever experienced in 25 years of attending these time share type presentations! Worst experience ever. Their sales staff was rude, and cruel. Must be miserable going thru life having to sell your soul for a commission by basically holding people hostage until they bought or were broken. San Francisco office should be closed, there is a woman there that is a sadist, she wouldn't show me the exit! I have swore off any Wyndham facility for vacation purposes.

My family and I went to one of their sales pitch for their timeshare program. We went in to with an open mind thinking it may be something we could enjoy for years to come. Turns out like others who have complaints about them are running true. Don't get me wrong, the presentation was great, made you feel are warm and fuzzy. We have been owners for approximately fifteen years. Over that time, Wyndham has consistently changed the rules/policies to their advantage. The use of points rules have changed multiple times. There are many hidden "fees", in addition to new ones that keep popping up. Signing a contract with them is like trying to hit a moving target. Do not do business with them. You will regret it.
With Windham Vacation Resorts we had one of the worsen experience we could ever imagine, we feel that we have been cheated, this is a non-serious company. Their customer service its one than the poorest one you could ever imagine, we are deeply disappointed of this company. wyndam said they have a new approach less pressure but untrue!!!!! I went with a friend on a tour afer the tour I was asked if I was interested and I said not at this time then the host asked me why would I pass up this offer, again I said no and still she wouldn't take no for an answer she went and got another person who then went over some figures and I still said no. now I am being asked why would I not like for my family to have a decent vacation. this is crazy and not worth the free gifts

I only have limited experience with Wyndham resorts but if that experience is typical of most if not all of them there's a serious problem here. And it's not about the amenities they offer at their resorts but rather with their goal of making every guest become an owner in some manner regardless of their financial situation or ability to finance ownership at any level.
