Good Day, This place is full of sales sharks that are very good at sales and have been in sales for years. After 4 hours I signed a temporary contract and slept on it. What's the harm in attending a small sales pitch event? Plenty, if it's a Wynham timeshare pitch! My husband & I attended one for some free dinner & show tickets while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. They said it would only take 2 hours. Who can't hang for two hours, right? This turned out to be a high pressure pitch which lasted OVER 4 hours. I took vacation to branson mo. I pre ordered tickets online and picked them up at a visitors center. While I was there getting tickets they advised if i wanted to see any other shows in town I said yes and bought 3 other tickets for shows but in order to get them I had to do a 2 hours preview of a venue. No big deal. I get through the tour and i was brought to sit in this room. Was pressured to sign up for vacation time share. Worst Wyndham Care Customer Service. All the promises verbal and in writing has NOT happened. It's been nothing but a nightmare. Total misrepresentation on the Wyndham Team here in Hawaii. Not a Satisfied customer and I want our money back .

We were part of their "discovery" program that we purchased last year and received 400,000 points to be used anywhere, anytime by 2019. We chose Panama City Beach this past June. The initial impression was great. Nice resort, on the beach, kid friendly, etc. 1 of the 4 elevators was not working the entire time we were there. Day 1 we found a water leak in our daughter's room where the entire floor was wet. They were not going to move us originally, then decided to do so BUT... My wife and I went to Nashville and wanted to go to the Grand Ole Opry. My wife bought tickets online and it ended up being through Wyndham Vacation Planning. They said that we needed to arrive early to pick our tickets up. When we picked up our tickets we mentioned that we still needed to go get our hotel reservations and Julie told us that we could stay at one of their hotels for free and to just come back and have lunch with them. This review may be a bit long but I just want to share our exp with you so you can make an informed decision about your stay. First off the place is nice I have no bad things to say about the resort itself. Room was nice indoor outdoor (open 24hrs) pool and lazy river/kids pool were also nice, as well as the area.
