We've been told by Wyndham salesmen that this timeshare is a good investment, we could use points from the Wyndham Barclay credit cards to pay maintenance fee - but that is only 1 month out of a year. The points don't accumulate that fast. The salesmen also stated we could refinance- no one wants to refinance this. When in Branson we had been pressured to attend that presentation and explained to them, we had just sat through one earlier in the year at San Antonio. This timeshare from Wyndham ownership was intended to bring enjoyment to our vacationing experience, but the opposite has occurred. We have listened to your sales associates in trying to maximize our benefits and lower or costs, but our cost just continues to rise, including many added fees. We learned that our timeshare transfers to family when we are gone and that cannot happen, as we do not wish to burden them. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is literally the biggest scam in the industry. They flat out lie to your face, then go back on your word. Make sure you take video recordings of any in person interaction and audio every phone conversation. Better yet, just don't give them your money at all.

We have had no luck booking anything at all with Wyndham and we get no help at all from their employees. Nothing is ever available, or we are told we don't have enough points. The entire experience has been nothing but lie after lie. The product cannot be used as advertised, the sales people use intimidation and bullying to force people to stay in meetings and to buy. t all started on February 10, 2020, in Dallas, TX @ A Home and Garden Show. I purchased a "Vacation Package" at a booth in the show, before the Covid-19 pandemic. After the hot spot in New Orleans (which my package was for). I decided I had no intention to go anyplace until they have a vaccine for this. So on April 13th I called and had Stephanie assist me in getting a full refund for the Club Wyndham package I purchased on February 10, 2020, before the pandemic broke out. Wyndham sales representatives lied to us about being able to purchase Visa cards with our vacation condo points that were left over at the end of the year. We spent at least three hours with these two sales reps who misled us and lied to us to make a sale. I called to arrange a vacation for our family and the vacation planner first told me how many points we had. I then told the planner that we purchased more points in order to use them for our maintenance fees. We were told that we would have enough points left over to cove... read more

I originally purchased the Wyndham timeshare in 2016 and have also been conned into upgrading two times over the years as well by their staff. The staff would always get you conned into staying well over the meeting time they promised, just to get to pressure you into a purchase or upgrade. The meetings usually lasted 3 hours or more. They would use pressurized sales techniques that usually originate from questions they ask you about your personal lives and vacations in the past. I HAVE A WYNDHAM TIMESHARE, THAT I PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR, AND WHENEVER I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO USE THE AMOUNT OF POINTS IN MY ACCOUNT I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING IN A SHORT NOTICE OR I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH POINTS FOR THE OTHER RESORTS--I JUST NEED OUT.
