I wish I had enough words to explain how much I love this practice. Dr. Betts is our hero. And the staff is AMAZING. Without them we would not have our little Lucy � Our girl was there for 10 days fighting for her life. They treated us like family and were always kind and welcoming. They work with their whole hearts and we couldn’t be more grateful.
I took my dog, Buddy, here after a hit and run. I was told his hip needed to be put back in place. I left him and $300 for the procedure. The doctor called and said he was doing ok but he must stay in his brace for the next week. That brace was paramount. When I arrived after paying more, over $500 dollars. They brought me a very lethargic, Buddy, without a brace. I was toll that he worked his way out of it. He could hardly move! First used this vet 2 years ago when our cat of 17 years started having seizures in the middle of the night. Everyone there was very comforting with the unpleasant situation. Just took Lola, our German pup in, and again amazing staff. From the ladies up front, to the Dr. Everyone smiles and engages with guests Great experience once again!!
BVH experience was very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr.Ulrich was thorough with my dogs health needs. He was patient, understood my concerns and answered all my questions. I highly recommend BVH for pet health care.
In 10 years I can't imagine working anywhere else!

I have used them numerous times! It's money, money, money, then I came home yesterday to my dog out back foaming at the mouth and acting erratic I rushed him to them not only did the vet come in and say we can't have another one of your dogs staying days here she also told me to find a different vet! They told me my dog was acting as if he was oding on drugs I was in shock I had them do a drug test because I wanted to know and next thing you know cops come in the room and make my husband and I go outside then they tell us to... read more
My pet ended up passing away after i was told over the phone that my animal would be helped if i could cover at least the outrageous fee of $110 up front. Upon arriving all that changed and they would not help my cat. Took her to be evaluated and brought her back immediately saying she was not in life or death state. I think they changed there minds once i got there. Also made sure to tell me that even if i did leave the animal to be helped that in order for me to pick her back up half of the grand total would be needed. She... read more
