I had to have my beloved Saki put down and I was treated with the utmost respect and care from the moment we walked in. I held my doggie in my arms as they administered the medicine and they showed so much compassion for our family. I will always go here for my animals and recommend them to anyone needing a vet. Thank you staff for being so caring and gentle with my baby.

Had some assistant yell at me in the private rooms. I would like to speak with a manager as soon as I come to pick up my dog. No other complaints, but if I’m dishing out money I would like to not be yelled at because they don’t agree on my opinion for my pet. Honestly I’ve never been so shocked as to how poorly mannered somebody is.
I think their awesome, we have been clients of Bakersfield veterinary every since 2009.
