We took our 17 year old cat in last night. Before we even finished the paperwork, they had taken her back for evaluation, oxygen and an Iv. The staff, nurses and Dr. were wonderful. Sometimes there is no amount of treatment that can save a life.We lost our beloved cat early this morning. Thank you for the middle of the night phone call to let us know how she was doing. I can't express enough how much we appreciate your kindness during our grief.
I heard some of that staff that works in this facility is terrible, that is probably why the establishment has a terrible way of retaining their employees. If staff is not able to be respectful and not willing to help each other out, there needs to be something done and get rid of those bad eggs of employees. I know this because I know somebody who worked here and hated that part of the environment.
We love taking our fur babies to the Bakersfield Vet!
