We had to recently put our dog under and can't thank the staff enough for the way they treated our family during such a hard time. Then I come home today n have a sympathy card. Very caring and very personal. Thank you.
Had our basset hound Dixie seen after being looked at by another vet hospital. They were able to diagnose her with something rare to the area very quickly, after being told it was something else by another vet. Had we not taken her here, we would have lost her. Grateful for their knowledge and care while Dixie was there.
Took my new puppy there for her first visit and had a very good experience! 🐶❤️🐾

My cat emma was having a problem with flees this year and i had got sone flee spray from Wal-Mart to use on her. Unfortunately she liked it off and she had poison herself from the flee spray, they had her rushed in and on iv and a bath and sge survived. I then went back and got her flee meds and the very nice kadt adked how she was. The dr called me the first think and said that they want to watch her for the day, they were really great everytime i called. She is 11 and this was the first time in hospital foe over night
Bakersfield Vet is our go-to vet! We drive over 2 hours away to have our pets seen by them. My friend has been with their practice since 2006. From well exams to surgeries, their staff has given our animals the best of care. Our primary vet has been Dr. LANDRY. I call him the 'vet with All Heart'. He respectfully listens to us as we share our experience with the Pomeranian breed and lets us be part of the solutions. I have used this business for over 7 years and have always been impressed with their service until today. I needed a refill on a medication for my dog for the 4th of July, and he was seen less than a year ago in their office. I was told that they would NOT refill the medication unless my dog was seen for an exam, when there are NO appointments available, and I have to drive 45 minutes just to get to their office.
