They are awful people they will steal your pet tricking you into signing your pet away. That awful thing do to to someone whos aready upset enough
Worst experience ever. They took my dog without letting me see the vet to go over treatment options. An employee told us we had to fill out forms for them to see her. After forms the tech said you guys just signed your dog over and the vet refused to go over any options. We left in shock cried feeling like we lost our baby, just horrible. I'm going to see why we got treated this way and how our puppy is doing in the morning. I will follow up on the behavior of the staff afterwards. I went for the past three days to this vet trying to get help for my very very I'll dog but because I didn't have enough money for the visit I was turned away three times in leads than 48 hours so finally I got enough to pay for the office visit so my dog starts bleeding from rectum bad they told me bring her in asap u can for now just pay the office visit fee then after we determine what is wrong with her will go from there if we couldn't afford treatment after being told our options then we would sign our baby over to them... read more
My dog Bud is 12yrs old and I finally found a good vet. They are excellent from the cost and to the care they have for the animals. No waiting around to be seen for appointments. I recommend this Veterinary to anyone who is looking for one.
The are very outstanding. .. it greatly recommend this place to anyone n need of care for there fur babies .
We love Bakersfield Veterinary Hospital. The doctors are amazing and the staff is professional and on top of everything. I'm so glad we found this place.
Apparently they care about money more than they do people's beloved pets... Taking a family's last $300 and then not going any further to help the dog that's severely bleeding, simply because they didn't have enough funds at the moment is purely disgusting... The dog is dead now thanks to you guys... And he suffered till the end... Enjoy your $300 though... Hope it buys all sorts of luxurious crap for yourselves.... The best place you can take you fur babies...they also take the care credit card which most places didn't when I first got it 3 years ago...�
