Walkins as well as appointments are treated well and their pricing is very reasonable.
Competent, kind, caring and compassionate group made the right call to us at 1 am to take our dog to a facility with a higher level of care. They were right about that and fortunately is wasn't cancer, it was a monster abscess in his mouth and head. Thanks to their fast thinking and VMSC, Ecko is home and making a speedy recovery.
Very professional doctors, the staff is very helpful the place is beautiful very clean open 24 hr for emergencys wouldn't take my pets anywhere else...
Average employees who give dirty looks. 2hour wait to see the vet for a whole minute. Not told what to do. Very poorly ran unless you're an old person then your dog is taken care of instantly. Do not recommend unless you want mediocre care at an at least four hundred dollar bill. That is if the staff can figure out how to run a payment.
This is my experience with this vet VERY disappointed. My Yorkie was in labor unexpected pregnancy from previous owner. I took her in in Monday 5/2/16. She needed a c- section was unable to deliver on her own. The vet that attended my baby was Dr Takata, in the exam room we were discussing treatment, I asked her if she knew how many puppies she had she said she didn't know I thought when my dog was taken to the back she was examined. Love BVH! Have been seeing wonderful Dr. Betts for 13 years. All of the docs and staff are caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. Burgoyne has been great this weekend with our old dude Willie and his pancreatitis. Your pets are in the best hands here.
