You brushed me off as if I have no money and did the least u had to do. Kept filling my dog up with fluids and wouldn't give him a catheter until he died of congestive heart failure. You even called and said u will not resuscitate if we don't agree to take him to L.A. to cardiologist no problem we said little did u know we had already made arrangements to have him transferred. Ok so i'm writing this for my family. They took their dog to this vet and their dog was completely fine until they took him in the back, and everytime when they wanted to go back and see their dog a woman named Yolanda was very very rude,they actually sent them home at one point and they where just in the waiting room and when they got home they called and the person they talked to was very rude also and she said the dog's condition hasn't changed, then within a minute the vet calls and says he's bad. Dr Takata and Rachel were the best even at 3:30 am Saturday night! Our little Lilly scared us to death... So glad she is OK � Thank you for your compassion and care.
We brought our kitty in today who was wrongly diagnosed by a different vet and BVH handled the prognosis so proffesionally even though it turned out our baby had cancer..the doctor and staff were so kind and treated our baby so kindly even though he was put down, very empathetic to us and our baby. Thank you so much
Me gustó , trataron muy bien a May ,aparte no traía mi lentes y no podía ver para llenar los papeles y ellas me ayudaron que pena me dio ,fueron muy amables y también te ofrecen crédito que para mí fue bueno lo nesecitava y bueno el lugar muy bonito muy limpio y te ofrecen café citó en la noche. Poor isn't the word it May 14, 2017 at 3:00am. My dog jamjam has been in labor scene 6:00pm she was in so much pain .the puppy is to big for the birth cannel and she needed emergency c.sesion . I'm sorry I have no money and she needed emergency care . They refused her treatment because I have no money . Well she died at 4:30am Monday . Because they wouldn't her . I miss my little jamjam so much I hate you for it.....
I might be biased because they saved my dogs life. But Dr. Keese was very thorough with the explanation of the procedure and entire staff was friendly.
Irene, my babies Bear & Princes vet, is always so caring and sweet. She was so kind when I lost my baby boy Indy @ 14 yrs old. Everyones always so great. They care about the animals. Today I took him in for a possible foxtail in his paw. They are always so gentle. Also when my Bear got sick and we almost lost him they were able to save his life with the right meds and good care. Thank u all @ BVH.
