The vet did very good when i took my pet at 3am. They charge me 400 bucks wich i though ir was a reasonable price..The only thing is the next day when i went to pick her up. The girls at the front receptionist where just gosip and drinking coffe and made me wait almost 2 hrs to realize that i was there to pick up my baby :( I had to tell the girl again i was there and needed info on my girl and then she finally when and told the other girl what i was there for.. it was pretty upseting see the other people go in and out and i... read more
Only place I trust to take my dogs to. The staff is amazing and always so helpful. No one likes going to the vet but they always make the experience feel a lot better! Thank you!
There is only one vet I would use at this facility. Only the night emergency services would I use. Many of the others are incompetent suggest meds procedures not needed and overpriced!!! 5stars to the vet techs the were awesome should be the vets.
Best Vet in Bakersfield. Saved our 3 year old corgi, when she would have died. They were there for us when it was time for our 13 year old Border Collie to cross the rainbow bridge.
This is hands down the best veterinary hospital in this area. We have three big dogs and two cats that I will only take here. The people and facility are great. Always friendly and willing to help.

From the moment we walked in service was outstanding. Every single employee was kind and cared so much about our dog and us.. best service I've ever had anywhere
Dr Julie Betts has taken wonderful care of our sweet pup Annie.. She's a great doctor!!
Really friendly service. Was pretty busy when we took our dog in, but we were seen pretty fast. However, while waiting in the back for the vet took awhile, and a little pricy still excellent service and friendly staff. Very clean facility.
