When you take your car, be sure to take pictures inside and out side of you car. They maxed out my car rental, did not complete repairs in a timely manner, and my car had outside damage and now inside is a total mess and dirty, Beware. Lynne S

First, I'd like to say that the people I came in contact with over the course of 11-12 days while at Bachman Subaru were polite and seemed to follow Covid 19 guidelines which I appreciated! I do not recommend this dealer ship . Car buying is stressful enough, especially with the National Disaster we are going through. Regardless not a great time to have to buy a vehicle. Bachman Auto Group is THE place to purchase a new car. You need to ask for Byron ****. He is honest, patient and very knowledgeable. They will go the extra mile to ensure you drive away with a big smile on your face. But the service doesn’t stop at the sale! If you have any issues at all, they are on top of it. This place seems to be ran by people who have no idea what they are doing. If you call for assistance they just keep sending you to different phone lines till you get to a voicemail. Customer service seriously lacks here. I had a 11oclock appointment to drop my car off and when I arrived nobody could tell me where to go or what I need to do. All around horrible experience It's not often you can't get a car salesman to keep their appointments. Never was buying a car been more difficult. Our experience with Ryan and the front desk left us feeling like the whole operation was shady. Luckily we found the exact Subaru we wanted. Although it was 90 miles away, I found the customer service experience that was completely lacking at Bachman. Bachman made the difference all right - but not at all in a good way!
