Great Experience at Bachman Subaru Bob Shewalter was excellent and very informative without putting pressure on me or patronizing me. I'm a decisive person and knew what I wanted, and he didn't constantly try to sell me more than I knew I wanted and could afford. He kept in contact with me until the car was delivered to the dealership. On the day of sale, he and the finance person were efficient and timely. The internet sales person was also helpful and quickly got me set with an appointment.

Bachman Subaru Service Department The office staff greeted me quickly and pleasantly. The work was started at the time of my appointment, and staff explained what had been done and offered suggestions about future issues. The young lady in the front office was great!

After 45 years of car purchases, our first Subaru Dealing with Bill Rosenbarger as our sales agent was a low key/no pressure type of sale, which we really appreciated! He kept us informed through out the "wait" period after our Outback was ordered through it's delivery. Bill also did a super job in explaining options along with a great explanation/discussion of actually setting up and operation of the new vehicle.

Happy Subaru Customer! Bill Rosenbarger is a top notch salesman--the best I have worked with. He knows the product, is thorough in interpreting a customer's top priorities in purchasing an auto, and follows up to be sure your questions are answered.
Transmission failure Mr. Edmondson was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I didn't care for the cost or the fact I had to drive back to Louisville from east TN. Nor did I find the local jungle of dealerships easy to navigate when returning the rental car. I realize most of my dislikes are beyond Bachman's control, but for what it cost me, I feel entitled to vent.
Great Experience! Debby Watson, my salesperson, was wonderful - very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Brian Bayers, the finance director, was also very friendly, helpful and did a wonderful job explaining things. All in all, it was a very positive experience!
Excellent Service Service was done in exceptional time. This being my first experience with Bachman Subaru Service, I was quite impressed with how customers are greeted and taken care of.
