Only good things to say about Bachman Subaru I stopped by for a simple oil change when I was on vacation. I was called and told that my timing belt looked worn. Everyone was very helpful answering all the questions that I had. I have had a bad experience at another Subaru dealership trying to hustle me into getting extra parts that were not necessary, this was not the case here I felt the employees were concerned about me and my cars safety. Bachman excellent Great service from my salesman, Bill Rosenbarger. I bought my car sight unseen and had it shipped across the country, so I was a little nervous, but Bill was very helpful throughout, and the car arrived just as he said it was: in perfect condition.

warranty repair Pretty painless experience, although for a major component to fail on a new car with only 1800 miles on it is really disappointing.
