2003 Outback I had a slight rattle coming from my 2003 Outback's heat shield, and the service department checked it out and adjusted the shield at no cost. I worked with Jim, who was friendly and courteous and gave helpful advice.

Great Experience at Bachman Subaru Bob Shewalter was excellent and very informative without putting pressure on me or patronizing me. I'm a decisive person and knew what I wanted, and he didn't constantly try to sell me more than I knew I wanted and could afford. He kept in contact with me until the car was delivered to the dealership. On the day of sale, he and the finance person were efficient and timely. The internet sales person was also helpful and quickly got me set with an appointment.
