Several times I have made an appearance to this location thinking that surely this time their "on-site signage and on-line advertisement" of their so called express service mentioned would be true to their word. I came in for a simple tire exchange due to a flat tire the day before. Upon arrival and still having their "express" advertisement in my head saying they would have their customers back on the road fast for simple oil changes and or minor work, well I was told it would be a 3hr wait to get one simple tire. The sales people, Zach and Brian, were extremely knowledgeable and knew the product well, answering every question we asked. We only went to look at possibly buying a Subaru but with the excellence of the staff, we bought our first Subaru. Everyone was so personable and not pushy like most cars sales people.
BEWARE! If they tell you their service department did a safety check on a used car before putting it on the lot, do NOT take their word for it. Take it to a trusted mechanic first. I gave them an extra star, because the people were genuine and helpful, it really was a good experience overall...until a few weeks after buying the car. Took it to a mechanic for an oil leak repair, and found out there were major safety issues that will cost me almost the same amount of money that I bought the car for. This place is two hours away from my house and I will gladly drive there every single time I need something rather than the Subaru dealership 45 min away. They were wonderful to purchase from. And they are wonderful for ongoing maintenance and service. They are super friendly, helpful, respectful, and worth the drive every time. Thank you guys!
