All around horrible experience It's not often you can't get a car salesman to keep their appointments. Never was buying a car been more difficult. Our experience with Ryan and the front desk left us feeling like the whole operation was shady. Luckily we found the exact Subaru we wanted. Although it was 90 miles away, I found the customer service experience that was completely lacking at Bachman. Bachman made the difference all right - but not at all in a good way!

As it should be... Carol Wesley was outstanding. It was necessary that my vehicle be located at another dealer, and she kept me fully updated on anticipated delivery - then went to pick up my new Forester herself! Comprehensive delivery and follow up. Carol provided the buying experience one hopes for when shopping for a major purchase.

My Experience First, I realize it was very risky buying a vehicle on line, but everything seems to of checked out as it was presented on the web site. I also think Christian did a great job. He's a terrific salesman.
