The sales people, Zach and Brian, were extremely knowledgeable and knew the product well, answering every question we asked. We only went to look at possibly buying a Subaru but with the excellence of the staff, we bought our first Subaru. Everyone was so personable and not pushy like most cars sales people.
My first contact with the auto dealer was with Brigid who called me and introduced herself. Asked me what I was interested in and how they could help. Set me up a link to let them know when I could come in. She then set me up with Alex. I had an awesome experience working with Adam Jewell in the service department. I had just sold a Subaru Ascent when, a week later, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Turns out it was a cracked PCV hose. Adam and Craig diagnosed it right away, got it fixed quickly, and even took the car on a 23-mile test drive to make sure the issue was fully resolved. Outstanding service, start to finish. Highly recommend!
It has certainly taken me a while to write this— but I do recognize Terrence Bolden for his excellence listening ear and terrific customer service! I am so happy with my bright red 2024 Subaru Crosstrek I bought from him a year ago! Thanks Bachman Subaru & Terrence!
Service at Bachman is always a pleasure. Arrive on time, car is in and car is ready quickly. Not too expensive for a dealer. They have it down to a science!!
