I brought my Dodge Ram to the service department on 12/23/25 to have some repairs made. The service manager told me that it would be the first of 2025 before he could get it looked at, which was fine with me, 1 of the repairs needed was a bad wheel bearing and I wouldn't be driving anyway. It is now 2/12/25, I have only had 5 phone calls to update me on the progress of repairs, which as of the last call, the repairs aren't not even started yet! They have no sense of urgency or compassion for their customers!
This has been an unrealistic Service I was charged $21,000 to replace a fuel line. They will see me in court and the insurance company said it took 17 hours and they build it out at 54 hours. What a mess they would not return my phone calls no ETA just held my truck hostage.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. I took our 2016 ***** Malibu for an engine gasket repair with a minimum oil leak, and to have a massive oil leak, I needed a whole new engine. Tyler *******, the service consultant, avoided calls and left early before we picked up the car. Susan ******, the service consultant who was there when we arrived, was rude and left the building without answering what happened. I bought a 2018 suburban brand new with a 90000 mile warranty. The suburban did great until 66000 mile than has been 1 thing after another going wrong has spent more time dealing with it than i have to spend never new a car with 66000 miles would be like this. Dealing with the warranty department has been a nightmare it always take 3 weeks to get any parts in for some reason but i could order the part my self and get it in 48hr. I would like to leave a negative star but those unfortunately are not available. My complaint is for BACHMAN CHEVROLET LOCATION. We had found the perfect deal of a truck for us to trade-in my Kia and the first Salesperson whom assisted us, did not show us the customer support we expected. I wish things were handled via email instead of text as the sales rep wasn't professional. The Subaru Outback we have was equipped with an extended warranty. On a return trip from Texas, the low oil light came on. Was close to home and it was late at night, so we continued home, about 10 miles. I checked and the oil level was definitely low, between 1 1/2 and 2 quarts per our trusted garage. I visited Bachman and was told an OCT was required. I paid appx. $140 for an oil change and was told to drive 1200 miles and return for consumption test. Please save your money, your sanity, and your patience and go to another auto group. I have in writing that this dealership offered to pay for damages that their service department caused and then never heard from them again.
i bought a vehicle from this place and they sold me a warranty thru M**** and when i took the vehicle in for service they told me that they didnt accept the warranty that they sold me on. im done with them. Bought my last Chevy anything and anything made by them as it sits in my drive undrivable.
I wish I read the reviews before getting my car towed here. The worst service I’ve ever had in my life! Was driving through from out of town and my car got damaged from the road. Got it towed here and had to head back home. it was over a month till I got in contact with any one. I called weekly and left voicemails and no return call back. For over a month!
