Awesome Hotel...enjoyed our stay after our cruise!
Stay elsewhere. That's all I can say. No customer service; filthy; left our room opened twice; had bed bugs when we got home came from luggage and had to steam everything and wash and dryer everything. I have a strong feeling that this hotel writes and rate their hotel. Stay away from this place. Doesnt bother asking how was stay since I'm sure they know the response. Check your receipt/invoice! They will overcharge. BWare and BCareful!

I had a great experience no problems or issues of any sort. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was very good. I would definitely stay here again 🤗🤗
The hotel was fantastic, I really enjoyed my experience there. The room was clean, with fresh towels and linens everyday, and the pool area was great. My only thing is I wish they would have told me up front about the resort fee. I understand that I’m staying at a premium resort, I just would have been nice to know ahead of time.
Love this new find to enjoy a mini vacation. Love the Building, the rooms, the services and staff. When you get to the lobby there is cucumber water and lemon water and it just smells super clean! Highly recommend!!!
