The customer service was outstanding in every Department ; unfortunately, the resort itself was due for an undertaking! The rooms as well as the hotel itself was very clean but a little out of date.. not exactly five stars. I give it three stars. The customer service was outstanding and I give it 5 stars!
Would not stay here again, not worth the money. Too many hidden fees and not worth the 22 dollars to park. I have stayed in better and paid less.
The staff was very nice and the rooms clean. Just minutes from Disney Springs and I-4. Very centrally located and lots to do in the area. They left my son milk and cookies in the room on his birthday. The only complaint was the AC in the room was very loud. We will definitely stay again.
We have had an awesome stay so far! The room is clean, comfortable, 15th floor with view of Disney springs, cleaning crew this morning made sure our mess was all cleaned up. We would definitely reserve a room here again next visit.

B is a hidden gem! :) Almost don't want to tell people about it! :) This is the only place we stay now since discovering it! We think the staff and customer service are great!...NEVER had the experience someone was complaining about in a previous review. Once, one of my children needed to go to an urgent care facility. It was about 2 AM. She had an undetected, ear infection that worsened VERY quickly overnight. The front desk was quick to help in every way. Great hotel and great location. Love the spa and all the amenities. Has bussing that runs to Disney.
