Excelente ubicación y comodidad
Horrible customer service! Awful experience trying to get anybody even on the phone! Within a 3 minute period I had 2 staff members tell me completely contradicting things. Also, when you book online they don’t send you your linkable Disney account number. You have to request that separately which kind of defeats the purpose of having this “perk” listed on your website when they try to make it so hard to obtain.This “4 star” is more like a 2 star.
I took a gamble and booked through hot wire, not expecting anything special we arrived and got exactly that, a view of the parking lot from the first floor. As we sit at restaurant/bar area Stephanie C asked how is your room? I expressed I did not like the view or being on the first floor. She looked at what she had and moved us to a higher floor. Stephanie C rocks. Also enjoyed the master of mixes at the bar Ms. Maria R. She is great at bartending. The parking fee was a little much but overall my stay was great.
Pity service, I made Christmas purchases and they stole several of my things, when commenting to the supposed manager named Michael Capasso, he said he would give me a reply, after 48 hours of insisting his last response was, I'm sorry, we can do nothing for you . I asked to check cameras and surprise, they don’t have!!!
After reading some of the reviews I still think this resort is very nice! Super friendly staff, great food and drinks, room was nice and well stocked with water and coffee! I’d say this is an awesome resort for Disney but not in the hustle and bustle. I did see some slightly dirty parts, and the loud a/c in the rooms but I’d still come back and enjoy it!
Last night's dinner was amazing. The server Kabir took great care of us. We ordered two tomahawk steaks and they were hands down one of the top 3 steaks I have ever had. The best one I have experienced was in London so you can see I have had many to compare. We really experienced a five star dinner in what is a buffet during the morning. Disgusting! That’s really all I can say. Rooms smelled like mold and mildew and the air conditioner doesn’t work. We were moved rooms and it was the same way. The A/C was blowing warm humid air. The pictures online look nothing like what the rooms really are.
