Good location, nice rooms, nice price and staff is nice. Bar and restaurant on site is very family friendly and actually a cool place to hang out.
decided to stay here for my birthday night and Josephine checked me in and happened to also checked me out... One of the most amazing front desk agent I've ever met... She was professional friendly and made my experience the best ever... I will defintely come back!!!

We liked the room and the exceedingly friendly staff. From the moment we pulled up we were treated very well. The one problem is our room smelled like a basement. I would have made a complaint but we were only there for a night. We spent most of the time at Disney. As for check in, I know other people had different experiences. We were able to check in around 9 am. If our room had not been ready, they would have allowed us to pre-check in and they would keep our bags until we returned from Disney later that night. The room leaked after it rained last night, I think especially over the bed and in the bathroom and room smelled like mold the door would not shut for the balcony in the room never got cold enough. I wish I could include pictures of how poor it really was there in the bedroom and how wet it was. The carpet was wet.
staff was super friendly and the rooms were great. The coaches to Disney made getting to the park super easy.

Great service overall! Special shout-out to our cleaning lady Sara and her supervisor Manuela!!! They are so attentive and provided everything we need! Close to Disney parks and great breakfast at the restaurant!
