The best hotel. Everything was convenient. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend!
The hotel itself is beautiful. My room was nice. The pool and hot tub weren’t too busy (which is a bonus). The restaurant is good. My only real complaint so far is that they NEED to do something about the shoddy shuttle service. It’s late, or overcrowded, or broken - just a mess. But ... all the positives (for me) outweigh the annoyance. Plus, it’s a $15 Uber, if I MUST get one

Honestly wish I hadn’t read the reviews because they had me looking for flaws BUT, I found pretty much none!. Our suite was very spacious, clean and comfy. Room service was great. The Pickup in the lobby had amazing breakfasts & coffee. Restaurant was delicious and the pool was peaceful. My 3 kids loved being on the 11th floor and viewing the fireworks and the shuttles to and from Disney’s parks were on time and quick!. Already planning to come back :)
The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are kept clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Manuela. The pool was awesome!

Hello! Beautiful and sleek resort with a super friendly staff! From the front desk to the bartender outside we definitely felt welcome 💙. On the other hand I do not recommend the restaurant located in the resort. Super slow service and extremely sub par food. The bartender inside was nice and welcoming though. Our rooms were huge I think and can comfortably sleep a family of 5. The resort fee I find a little extravagant for what is offered on property. Overall I give this hotel a 7/10!
