The smell of this hotel alone is to die for, clean friendly smell
El personal en recepción muy muy buena cordinación y me encantó que nos recibieran con una copa de champagne mientras hacíamos checking pero la abitacion y el baño se veía el polvo nos cambiaron a otra abitacion y estába peor
Beautiful hotel, beds that feel like clouds, it's great. I would recommend this resort to everyone!!!!!
My problem with this hotel was the poor Customer service. I am trying to know why they continue to have a hold on my card, and have spoken to more than 7 employees and get misleading information.
We've been wanting to try this hotel for a while since the renovations and it didn't disappoint! As soon as I went to the checkout desk I was completely overwhelmed by kindness by Nicole (front desk). They gave us an amazing upgrade to a suite and sent champagne and chocolates to our room for our anniversary. �. The rooms were beautiful, The furnishings were attractive and comfortable and the amenities of the hotel are fantastic! I highly recommend!
We loved the hotel! Service was great and the room was clean. The pool area was beautiful and kept so clean! The staff was very friendly and accommodating for anything we needed. The food at the restaurant was good and the drinks from the bar were great! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
Very nice place. Exceptional cleanliness and the bar maids in the restaurant are awesome. Love Lauren! The one concern I had was after booking and paying for my stay there was an additional hotel daily fee and I think it’s outrageous that they make you pay for parking! That’s terrible! The last thing is they ask for a credit card for any additional charges the room may. have. Although I didn’t have any charges there were charges coming out and in to my account that shouldn’t have been. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD. !!!
