I'm in. To the B Resort & Spa. From the rooms, to the outdoor pool, their American Kitchen Bar and Grill, plus their spa services, you simply cannot go wrong with this place.
Hospitality who's owsson and the pool is good for relaxing
Absolutely filthy. The hotel room had a cockroach crawling around, the bathroom sink plumbing was leaking all over the bathroom floor, the bottoms of our feet were black from the carpet, and the carpet by the slider door was soaked due to some component of the slider leaking. This resort puts a shame to the Disney name. Nothing was done to rectify any of these issues. Would recommend a days Inn before I would this place.
We stayed for a couple of days due to hurricane Irma and the service was great. They did their best to accommodate my family and I for an extra day at the hotel. Provided flash lights and for the amount of workers they had it was good. I will be staying at this hotel when I return to Orlando in the future.
We were there during hurricane Irma. They did a good job of accommodating everybody. But. The rooms pissed with water. The walls ran down with water damage and the plaster came off the wall. The tv fried itself and the sink leaked everywhere. I know they had a hurricane to deal with but the hotel looked tired in the rooms anyway. Needs an upgrade. Especially now. We came from New Zealand to a Disney hotel. Hmmmm. We got better in NZ.
No real complaints, except for the moldy smelling carpet. I don't consider this hotel to be a 4 star as indicated, but everyone was accommodating.
Two days ago I went with my children to the American Kitchen restaurant; the food and the service were spectacular. I give special thanks to the crew and Jr. Sous Chef Ricardo Rivera. 10/10
