Over all.. a good experience. Only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because they charged a crazy resort fee AND parking was $20 a night self park or $26 a night valet. Really over priced in my opinion. Room was spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was nice too with a jetted hot tub!!! I would recommend to anyone. Just be prepared for extra fees.
Prime location for any of your events. Wedding, Corporate , Private and much more. There staff is super friendly and ready to help you in any way they can.
Amazing room hotel but bad location away from the city.
Had an amazing stay for 2 weeks in 2015, and i'm absolutely confident, it will be amazing again in 2017 when we return to B Resort.
The hotel is beautiful and clean.. my room is spacious and i love the bath room. The fridge in my room was not working and they brought me another with in an hour.. i gave 4 stars as my room was warm and even though it was at 70 it felt a lot hotter.. i keep my a/c at 74 - 76 at home so 70 should have made me cold... i would stay here agian...
For a updated hotel it's poorly kept. Room(bathroom) was dirty and in need of much repair. Unexpected room cost also besides having to pay 20.00 park. Also the 23.00 resort fee was actually 25.00 on the bill. The check attended was nice but not to overly helpful. I loved the comforter and pillows. The plugs are far and few. The room also is smaller than what I thought it would be and what it would be be for the price. It does have buses going to parks.
Thoroughly impressed. Suite was gorgeous and room service is great!!
We just left the resort now and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, had a nice decor, comfy beds, and the resort smelled great. We had a hiccup with the pack and play but Samantha took care of us and went above our expectations.
I love this Resort! Convenient to all locations, clean, and service with a smile at Joffrey's each morning 😘!!! I definitely recommend.
