The staff goes above and beyond... Great energy and total vibe. Love this hotel.
After an unpleasant issue with another Resort, it was a last minute decision for us to stay at the B Resort and Spa that turned out to be the right decision! Absolutely wonderful staff, great food in the restaurant, located close to the Parks and Disney Springs, and a very beautiful place. Everyone made us feel very welcome and the B Resort is a great value! We will be staying again!
Just held an event there yesterday and the room & staff were great! Keith Keiser was amazing in helping my company set his event up.
Airco in room wasn't controllable but other than that - freshly renovated 60s modern meets Miami business class hotel in an otherwise mobbed with kids area.
After a horrendous day, Robert and MJ went above and beyond! They are awesome!
Awesome staff and lovely place to stay... will recommend to feiends and family
