Having a very poor experience so far. We just waited an hour for a bus that should have been there twice in that time, and we were told the wrong closing time last night for dinner and ended up not having any place to eat during a severe thunderstorm. Management did nothing but offer to open the already closed kitchen, where we no longer wanted to eat after waiting 20 minutes to meet the manager in the first place. Friendly staff, clean, plenty of amenities. Room was comfortable and a good fit for our needs.
Staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the courtyard area.
We had no issues other than our room was cool but very humid and somewhat musty smell. Really needed a big de-humidifier! Staff was courteous, very nice accommodations, other than the musty smell and humidity.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! CAN'T EVEN ANSWER THEIR PHONES!
Amazing service at the bar with the 2 girls in charge at night and their awesome and extraordinary manager Kevin !
Everything and everyone was great , we loved it ! Restaurant was a bit pricey for having a 4 year old with us but food was good .

Parking 27.00 to stay here really???? It is a spa resort however the spa was not open and no one could tell me why. Ask for a nice room with a view since we are staying for our anniversary so I booked a junior suite and it was nothing special, our view was the roof of the adjacent building, and the room was right by the elevators. Tram to Disney springs over an hour late. Room was not the cleanest. Resort fee of 25.00 a day for normal stuff you get at any hotel. This is not a spa resort it is a typical hotel room.
