I absolutely LOVED my stay at B Resort, it just wasn't long enough. It brought back memories of my mother taking me there as a little boy when it was the Royal Plaza Hotel. I love the update, the piped in music, the restoration of the rooms--everything. My only complaint, unfortunately, is that I had requested a wake up call that never happened. When I brought that to the attention of the receptionist who was checking me out that morning, she sincerely apologized and to make it up to me, removed the resort fee from my bill,.... read more
The room looked like a room from any motel chain but at least a cockroach didn't crawl across my pillow during this stay. The food was OK, the wait staff had an issue with people who didn't have their napkins on their laps at mealtime...perhaps the spa makes the room price worth it.

The B Resort and Spa Hotel has exceeded my expectations. As a travel agent, I have stayed and many hotels on business and for leisure. This hotel is one that I'd recommend to all my clients traveling to the Orlando area. Clean and spacious rooms. The staff at the front desk as well as in the restaurant were amazing. I thought all their name tags with a catchy phrase starting with "B" was creative. Like "B Happy". You'll be happy that I recommend this place.
Rooms were beautiful. Only complaint is shuttle service. Waited over an hour to leave Disney. Not fun after being at park all day. Staff members were great.
