Sat in the hotel now writing this review, this is an amazing hotel, the room and the staff are all first class. Looking forward to the next 12 days here :) very happy

This hotel was not ready to open. Understaffed, and tons of problems. In 2 days, we were put into 3 different rooms -- 2 of which, the door did not lock, among many other issues. The first day, our "captivating" view was of a concrete wall. We were later told by employees that everyone complains about that room, yet they put us in it anyway. There were holes in the wall of our shower. The second room, the air conditioner didn't work. By the end of the trip, we were livid. Just sat waiting for our ride home and would like to say I really don't know what people are complaining about on here. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff, room was beautiful and clean and everyone was helpful. We were told on arrival that we had breakfast included but on checkout we were told that was wrong and we're given a bill for $450 but we had breakfast we ate it it was lovely everyday so we had nothing to complain about it was a mix up, I don't like the tip procedure it's far to expensive so we paid as we s... read more

But didn't like the eerie smell in the main lobby, some kinda perfume in the air, a bit nauseating to me. but thats just me ;)

The building look kinda old, but when u go inside all white walls and the colorful decors where very nice. The staffs were very friendly. Special shout out to Robert for great customer service. Me and my kids enjoyed our room and the glass shower was Kool�. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the jacuzzi and according to my son the pool was super cold.
