I would like to start off by thanking Ricardo Merchant, i have stayed four times at the B Resort and Ricardo has gone out of his way every time to help and give us the best experience possible. The smiling faces, the willingness to help of all his staff and the beauty of the hotel is what keeps bringing us back. The hotel seemed nice upon arrival, however after getting there late evening we went to bed, left for the park early morning and didn't notice the mold on the ceilings until the next morning which at that point I was already feeling respiratory symptoms (I'm very sensitive to mold). See pictures- zoom in! 🤢 The bathroom didn't look sanitary, and the ice machines were down during 100 (literally) degree weather. I have contacted the hotel several times via email and phone and they won't address my concerns. It's been 2 months... read more

Everyone was so nice and helpful! Beautiful resort. Very good location! Special thanks to Manuela and Zack, who, in the middle of a storm, took over and acted quickly to remove dangerous objects and hazards from the courtyard, in order to protect the guests who were enjoying the bar and deck/pool area. Also our thanks to the bartender on Friday, who not only made really great drinks, but was very informative about the area and amenities, and gave jam-up service!! You have a fear staff. Great value hotel! Good location for parks, friendly staff, nice spacious rooms and free parking!
Got a great deal on travel zoo for our room for less than $99.00 a night. Great high room on the 16th floor and places to walk to near by.
