It’s a shame that the rooms are of poor quality because the Hotel is quaint and lobby is nicely decorated!
The room was large and clean, and when I asked to be moved from a poolside room I was accommodated. The room was cleaned on the second day (i.e. bed was made and dirty towels removed) but no additional soap, shampoo, conditioner, water, or towels were provided so the showers on day 2 were pretty awkward. It was too close to our airport shuttle arrival to call and have more soap delivered, so we rinsed off and left. My family stayed at B Resort 5 years ago when it was new and beautiful. Everything was perfect. This time we chose to stay again based in that experience and we aren't even doing any parks...just wanted the "resort" vacation time. My how it's changed. The amazing buffet dinner with 5 meats brought to the table and carved is no more (the selling point for my hubs). The beautiful fountains in the pool entry my kids loved playing in...not working. Great hotel for the price. Close to the parks and Disney springs with free transportation.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff! Highly recommend this resort. excellent staff, especially Clotilde Rivera, from the cleanliness of the lobby. Too many requests. Nice place 👏🏻😍
No way that anyone at reception answers the phone- no accountability in this place
