Dirty room and blood stain on pillow case and mattress cover. Unhelpful customer service.
It’s been 4 years since I was promised a refund. Dealt with managers, phone calls, emails back and forth. Nothing. The place was budget friendly and we just need a clean cool place to stay during the night while doing the Disney World thing. June in Orlando is Hot. And the ACs went out for almost 24 hours. Both rooms we had we were assured that we would be reimbursed. Room was clean, pool was big and clean. Bus to Disney was good too.
I love the fragrant, clean, white decor and the pillows were super comfy.
