Beautiful hotel, friendly staff! Highly recommend this resort.
lots of kids, rooms are bare. the freezer is nailed shut, no microwave, no dresser or storage for clothes including bathroom amenities. nothing about this place would make me go back. recommend for people with kids both single adults
I love this resort! I’ve stayed multiple times and every time enjoyed my stay! I’ve traveled the country for the past 8 months and have stayed at over 100 hotels and this one is one of my favorites! The young lady at the desk Jessica was a rock star! Her customer service was 100% on point! The ONLY thing negative i will point out is expect to spend at least $50 per/day more than you planned (there is a $30 per/day resort fee and $20 per/day self parking fee) if they could lower those fees it would be 5 stars all around!!!
We booked a posh suite. When we showed up we were told the room was not clean. They put us in a smaller room and then never changed it for our entire stay. We were told a manager would reach out to us but no one did. We were completely ignored :( Will not be back and do not recommend this place.
Let's just say NEVER going to stay here again....to many extra fees.....staff very unfriendly
The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. Room was clean and I had a great balcony view. I Would definately come back.
Some Great and some not so... I wasn’t impressed with the parking fee $22.00... understood about the Resort Fee $30.00... but truly thought I paid this when I reserved the room. When I checked in - this Lady wasn’t forth coming with any information about where to park and where you find which elevator you need... I wandered around looking for access to an elevator... then realized I was in one that went to 12th floor and up... ugh! Once I got to my floor- did a lap there too.
