The room staff kept replacing regular coffee with decaf coffee and no refills on creamer/artificial sweetener. We had to call twice on our 4 night stay. In addition, the pool bar closes at 6:30-7:00pm. So guests have to wander through the lobby in their bathing suits to and from the restaurant to get drinks for poolside. Even if the pool bar sells one drink in an hour after 6:30, pays for the hourly staff charge.
The Aveda spa is amazing and should not be missed! I actually decided to get my hair done while on vacation which sounds kind of crazy except that the stylists I use at home doesn't listen to what I want to do. Diane gave me the perfect color! The one I keep asking for and cannot seem to get at home! I absolutely love the color and the cut! I also got a massage from Bethany who is amazing! A massage is a must when you are visiting all the parks!
Great customer service! Complimentary champagne with raffles & games for the kids. Plus within walking distance(10 min walk) to Disney Springs!
Ashely is SO amazing at her job! She spread Joy and smiles throughout our visit!!! Ashley has the best personality and made our stay even better!!!
B deceived. B disappointed. B Resort is like putting lip stick on a pig. Props to the photographer who made it look much much nicer in photos than it really is! Bleh.

Located at Disney World, easy access.
On our check out day we heard a knock on our door at 9:30am. When opened it was the cleaning staff, I thought she asked if we were checking out today, but she was asking what time were we checking out. I was quite stunned since check out was 11:00am. Also room never cooled down even for January when temps were 48 degrees outside..
