I love this Resort, very nice!!! One of the best.
Have stayed at this resort once before. This trip was no good! House keeping didn't show up for 3days. Called on the 3rd day to see about getting new towels and toilet paper. After waiting three hours on toilet paper we ended up having to travel downstairs just to use the restroom. When they did show up they proceeded to take a bottle of Giorgio Armani Perfume with them. Contacted the front desk about this situation and now I've been waiting on the "housekeeping manager" to call me back for 3 days now... spend your money els... read more
The resort is close by to all 4 parks and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. We were able to check in fairly quickly when we arrived at the hotel. Our room was on the first floor, not much of a view as of a parking lot. We loved how spacious the room is. We were in the chic queen room which has 2 queen beds and standard TV, bathroom with a tub (nice add), and mini fridge. The waters in the room are included in the charge. I had a great experience at the B resort in Orlando Florida . The stuff is very friendly specially the valet people and the cleaning lady’s that I meet ... Brenda and Angelica did a great job organizing and cleaning at my room . The valet people always was open the Uber car doors for me and my daughter.. I just want to someone to let them know that was completely amazing. Also the sub chef and the other chef did a great job doing my food . Fantastic reception. Dinner & room was an amazing presentation complete with exquisite taste & flavor right through desert. Outstanding! Ron
Every staff member was extremely friendly and very helpful with any question we had. We had breakfast and dessert from The Pickup two days and it was great. Dinner Friday night at The Kitchen was good as well.
Great hotel and staff. I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Disney area
Just adequate. Restaurant empty and very expensive. $22 a day parking????
