Dirty bathroom
When you book the hotel, they give you a very fair price of a 💯 usd but when you get to the hotel, they’d charge you an extra 50 usd a day for parking & resort fee!!!! not to say that you’re booked for a king size bed and they do not have any more king size beds when you get there!!!! the WiFi is terrible!!! can’t download any files, photos or mail!!! I would not recommend this hotel at all!!! It’s very deceiving!!! I would give a 2 out of 5 The front desk guy was very unfriendly!
Everything was amazing from when you walk in to when you see your room we got the firework view room and my kids, husband and I are so happy and love everything about this hotel definitely coming back !
The drinks at the Pool Bar are amazing. Jeff the bartender is really sweet.
The bar staff here are the best!! You must visit the pool bar and see Branden then go inside to the American kitchen at night to see Karren. They are hilarious and will make your entire stay worthwhile. Rooms are updated in the tower and very nice. Sean on the front desk is nice too. Sadly we wanted to extend by one day and they wanted to charge us a higher rate than we had paid and weren’t able to help us further so we walked to the next hotel over but wish we could have stayed another day here.

Though the Posh King Suite is very spacious, the room had a smell as if mildewed. The bed is so hard is like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The room we were in was near the elevator so was very noisy as you can hear the elevator running. The hotel at 1st appearance is beautiful when you walk in but deceiving. We went to the pool to find most of the umbrellas were missing the pins to keep them up and or torn. The deck needs some serious power washing. I'm loving my stay!! amazing hotel - clean and so convenient! I'm especially thankful for the great stuff and Mr. Nate who helped me with my lost item immediately! so helpful!! fully recommend!!
