Great hotel and amazingly friendly staff. The guest rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. The meeting rooms are versatile and nicely appointed. The food was creative and delicious. From front desk to housekeeping to meeting staff, the whole team is smiling and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
Was just there this past weekend with my mom and toddler. Beautiful hotel, great staff and the rooms were gorgeous. We were given an upgrade to pool view which my 2 yr old loved!! Definitely will be heading back .
Didn’t like the hidden fee’s should have just stayed at a Disney property resort would have cost the same. Thought I would have saved a little money ended up being the same price without the Disney magic.
King bed with a bunk bed and a porch with walkout to the pool. Clean room, Aveda products, spa, restaurant, and bar on property. Minutes from Disney Springs - fair price and two free drinks at check in - I’m a happy girl! Fair priced with a pleasant and accommodating staff as well!
Love this place. Hosted our online school graduation here this week and found the staff to 'B' very accommodating!
Nice hotel...no really good restaurants. Only one restaurant and a “stop in” coffee shop. Staff is very friendly. Strange smell on the floor we’re staying on. All in all, it’s an okay hotel. I wouldn’t call it a resort, though.
