Our first time here...we will DEFINITELY a be back. Had a couples massage at the Aveda Salon...just fabulous! Perfect for a quick getaway for my husband and me.
Stayed here for the Disney Princess 5k weekend and it was wonderful! Staff went above and beyond to help make my daughter's birthday extra special.
Stayed here a week ago, overall great ambiance, clean, courteous and friendly staff, will definitely return.
One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. BUGS in the first room HOLE IN CEILING with MOLD in 2nd, 3rd just dirty - and manager never said a word. Worst customer service ever
Beautiful resort however was shocked when they put a $1700.00 hold on my credit card I was told over the phone by Courtney the total was $970.63 I asked her if there where any other charges she stated no I arrive via car there is a $16.00 per day car surcharge ok that's not a big deal but now there are other incidentals i am not happy and they advised me credit card ONLY for incidentals i did not authorize $1700.00 I spoke with the Manager who "would get back to me" I am looking to get the hell Outta here
You are all thieves and messing with the usps. do you realize that what you have done is a federal offense? i can see this happening in other countries but here?
