My family and I stayed this past weekend and everything was great. The restaurant hasn't opened yet, but we dined in the temporary location and the host was exceptional. The chef came out and greeted us to make sure our food was to our satisfaction. We have already booked our second stay for this summer.
Worst guest service ever!! Rooms cone with an ice bucket but no glassses. Apparently it takes all day to get a couple of champagne glasses. You think that when you explain to guest service that you have called room service twice previously; they would have been more attentive to bring some up. I'm still waiting twenty minutes layet after calling for the third time. I've been waiting since 5. Clearly there is major problem with this hotel.
Awesome hotel!! We stayed just for the night due to a long drive back home to FTL in the morning. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds,..and we even got an upgrade to a balcony room over looking the pool which was beautiful! (Too bad for the cold front we couldn't take a swim!) they also had complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel to DT Disney! So happy we chose this place on the spot, what a find! We will definitely be returning!! Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in December, beautiful room and amazing staff, We loved it so much were coming back to stay with you in may! Cant wait!
Our family stayed at the B after Easter for 5 days. My first impression of the hotel was not so great due to Check In time and the restaurant being so so. The room was clean and comfortable, even though the AC unit was noisy. My best recommendation is for you to use their transportation specialist, Josilie Thomas! She was awesome, there when we needed her and safe! Driving in Orlando is not for the casual driver! Thanks again Josilie and the Valet Service!
I have to say, for being a Disney "Resort and Spa" this hotel definitely did not meet up to my expectations. The employees were polite and the room was clean, so not all negatives. We stayed here for three days. Our air conditioner broke all three days. The problem never truly got fixed until the night before we checked out. I also got sick from the American BBQ buffet.
