Excellent hotel with updated/trendy lobby, common areas, guest rooms/bathrooms and great pool/pool bar. Staff is fantastic and very friendly/helpful. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious with huge glass shower & oversized vanity. Loved our stay!

As a Wedding Planner, My clients and I have had the best experience with the staff, not to mention the delicious food that the chefs prepare. The staff and Hotel is very welcoming and the modern, clean look to the venue is a perfect location to celebrate anything you would like.
I had a great time, the hotel is in a prime location right next to Disney Springs. The staff was courteous and I'm almost certain that the two bad reviews on this page are not from actual guests.
Rooms were very clean and updated. The food at the hotel is below average. Not sure if I would stay here again. My rating was a 3 but after saying someone will be in touch with me and a full week goes by with no contact, this shows me that they don't care what the guests experienced. Changed to a 2 (should be a 1 but the rooms were nice)
Great Experience with the staff...Housekeeping could have been better far as keeping all supplies stocked in room. Overall experience was good.
Love the treatment and the staff! Very beautiful place to stay and vacation!
The hotel is fine, however, they don't reply to e-mails. I've sent three, two with inquiries before our arrival, and one after our departure. I really would like to get in touch to give private feedback on some issues there were.
Staff, check in, food, cleanliness, EVERYTHING 5 Star!!!!!
