Wow wow wow!! Everything was amazing from customer care to the food....first class!
The rooms were cleaned the staff all were very nice. We stayed 5 nights. Enjoyed the out side human chess. Nice pool open area. If I could change anything it would be add more elevators. While we were there it could take up to 3-5 minutes for an elevator. There's only two main elevators. The lobby had a strong perfume smell but once you got up in the floor hallways it was a moist humidity feel. The Air was very cold in the room. Only one day did room service try to come in the room while we were still getting up about 9ish. ... read more
Great Customer Service! Great feel to the place! Sort of Modern (Tomorrow Land) yet Vintage Disney feel to it. I recommend it!
BAD PART: No breakfast, got to pay for parking for each day when you staying in the hotel (pricing with plus resort fee) GOOD PART: Nice size pool, room are modern looking, decent size gym room, nice outdoors bar by the pool
This is the best place to stay in Orlando! The staff and service is just amazing, and the SPA is simply fabulous...

We had an amazing experience. The staff were all very helpful, happy all the time . The beds were SOooo soft, comfy pillows and a frog stuffie which I slept with every night We booked through Costco travel and received $20 a day credit to use at the resort. For 10 days , we ended up owing only $8 Will definitely go back !
5 stars for the restaurant I absolutely loved it . Lauren Armstrong the assistant manger @ American Kitchen the restaurant located in the B Hotel gets an A+ in hospitality as well as the Bartender Lauren (L2) . The Food was phenomenal and so was our handsome waiter Jose! The decor and whole atmosphere is as welcoming as the staff.
