On the day of my check out, the cleaning lady threw my refrigerated medicine away before I had checked out. I was in a large group meeting and was told by the manager that it is normal procedure that people don't check out and just leave. But check out was 11 and it was 9:45 when I went back to my room. That is very unprofessional and this will be a hotel I want stay at any longer.
Staff was friendly. The rooms were decent, but cleaning staff was lazy with the bathrooms. Never cleaned our shower, and we know this because we were continuously killing fruit flies that would come up from the drains. So we could see they weren't cleaning it. We let the front desk know when we checked out and she was apologetic and said shed contact the appropriate supervisor. We didn't contact them about it during the week since we were so busy. Very overpriced for a poor hotel they bring you in using their lobby photos their rooms are very run down and poor matience

Here for a quick weekend getaway with a friend of mine and LOVING the B Resort. I’ve stayed here in the past when it was Royal Plaza, and it’s only gotten better since. Karren at the American Kitchen restaurant is fantastic and accommodating! Upon coming home from the parks today, we looked forward to him being on shift tonight (and bonus points for the bar closing at midnight 🙌🏼)
Booked my vacation thru Disney website and we stayed 1st week in July. The resort fees are waived when you book thru Disney. As for the parking fees...so what? You would pay the same if you drove to the park/day. They provide transportation for you. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and the pool was gorgeous. We really enjoyed our time there and we will be back. I also will recommend the place to friends.
Staff was super friendly but the rooms were not very clean. A lot of water issues which included flooding, leaks and constant toilet running. i switched rooms but one issue would just lead to another. Happy to leave this place.
