Great Stay because of the wonderful staff. In particular, Teota & Robert at the front desk were most supportive during some minor reservation kerfluffle. I would be glad to stay again.
Had a problem with the first room, they changed me to another without any issue. I was pleased with the level of customer service I received and the property and second room, were great! I would stay there again. :)
Nice decor & friendly staff. It's a small resort property but its located right down the street from Disney Springs.
Great ambiance and the staff always smiling and saying hello. And they have an amazing restaurant! Food was innovative and delicious
Great place came in , on gay pride ! Elmo was everywhere .
My friends stayed there and had bed bugs in their room. They were initially offered only a free night and to pay to have their laundry done. My friends had to raise quite a stink and finally we're reimbursed for their room. I will not be staying there when I sleep on a Disney property I shouldn't be worried about bed bugs and bad management not properly immediately resolving the situation
First off, they couldn't find my reservation that I had paid in full two months earlier. Good thing I brought a copy of the paid receipt with me! There were not enough electrical outlets in the room, the pool small, the resort fees were way, way overpriced! Over $50 a day!! I did like the fact that the loveseat turned into a bed.
Great location, however rooms are poorly remodeled, parking and resort fees are a little on the high side. $150 extra for 4 days.. however the staff was great and the property is clean and well maintained. I feel like the room rate is fair for what you get!
We were moved from room 815 to 1117 because of an ant infestation and water leakage that soaked our clothes. They removed the resort fees.
