Great accommodations! Friendly and helpful staff! A special shoutout to Clotilda - I ran in to her daily and I loved her positive attitude, friendly smile and enthusiastic energy! IT IS NOT A DISNEY HOTEL. ALSO THE SPA IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER. THEY CLAIM TO BE A PARTNER OF DISNEY AND MAKE YOU ASSUME WHEN YOURE BOOKING THAT IT IS A DISNEY HOTEL BUT IN THE WORDS OF NICK THE FRONT DESK WORKER “SORRY WE DONT HAVE THE DISNEY MAGIC WRISTBANDS BECAUSE WE ARENT AN OFFICIAL DISNEY HOTEL”.

This review is more for the staff than the hotel. Albeit the hotel was great, there were a few things I’d update but overall a nice stay. But the staff, the staff WELL made up for any minor thing I could say about the property. Every single staff member was gracious, funny, handled everything my husband needed (he was on crutches), and made our stay that much more enjoyable. EVERY staff member said hello and asked how you were. Keep doing what you’re doing B!
I would not recommend this place if you needed to work during a conference or vacation. The free internet barely loads a webpage in 5 minutes from multiple areas in the hotel and my room. I expect better in 2019 in a resort hotel.
