It was a nice place to stay until the 2nd day...my 1 flip flop went missing and spoke with the front desk staff day after day ...and nothing was done about it.... what would the cleaning lady want with 1 flip flop ? 3 Rd day there we didn't get any cleaning services and had to ask for clean towels and have the garbage emptied... The food was good but not much to choose from on the menu...
Las habitaciones son cómodas ,e baño muy limpio, la comida excelente.
The staff was excellent at check-in and the concierge was very helpful. It is walking distance to Disney Springs which was important since the buses do not start running until 6pm though they run until 3am. The room was clean and modern. I would definitely go back.
Anreise Zimmer nicht sauber...dann wurde 2 Tage hintereinander, trotz mehrmaliger Bitte, unser Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht. Man hat sich entschuldigt...aber das war es dann. Handtücher geordert...die waren nicht sauber...Morgens hatten wir kein Toilettenpapier mehr. Die Klimaanlage ist mega laut!!! Mehr Schein als sein. Hatten auf unserer Rundreise wirklich tolle Hotels. Das war echt schrecklich!!! Details über Schimmel etc. möchte ich hier gar nicht erwähnen. Auf KEINEN FALL buchen!!!
We stayed again October 27th-28th due to a previously booked deal from August. Room 1011,our bathroom was flooded with no discernible source, there was a super saturated puddle on the carpet that was sticky, and at 1AM when we returned from Magic Kingdom, I pulled back the comforter to find blood spots on the sheets. Poor service and lots of hidden costs - totaled up to $180.00..Never again will I spend a week there.
B Resort and Spa is the worst hotel you could ever stay at in Orlando Florida. Staff is great but hotel is awful. We were there for 7 nights and had to request for new rooms keys at least 10 times during our stay. The person at the front desk advised us that the key should not be put near a electronic device. Once we were aware of that, we did not put our keys no where near our phones and the key cards still did not work. After a long day at the park, to come back to a room with keys that do not work and to have to walk down... read more
The staff were very pleasant, the food was good, my room key didn’t work and I had to go back to the front desk. When I did get in the room, I opened the curtains to check out my view and the sliding glass door was opened about 3 inches and I couldn’t close it. Maintenance did come right away but very odd that it was opened and no one was concerned about it. I felt the room could have been cleaner, not vacuumed very good. The humidity was awful so I had to keep the room freezing.
