Rented a car from Avis-Denver Airport. Dropping in Cheyenne Wyoming. Made stops on way to Cheyenne. At store lot decided to look at back of car to be able to identify it when we come out. Had Florida plates and tabs were 2 years expired! Decided to get to our destination stop driving it to avoid getting pulled over. ?????????? to Thanks Ms. Karri, at Avis Rental Car at **** ***** *****, Florida. On 4/12/23 my car got totally flooded due the severe rains and it become an emergency for all those people that were driving and unable to come back home due the tremendous flooding into our cars like it happened to me. Avis charge customers to clean their cars costing +$400 due to excessive sand in footwell even when you visit somewhere with no sand, when challenged Avis are adamant the charge remains.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. employees and manager are rude and micro-aggressive and are okay with being that way because it is hard to get in touch with their corporate office. cutting someone off as they are talking, being impatient with an overall disregard for the customer is still rude even if you believe it is not. any other rental option would be a better place to go to than this one, especially when their office and corporate offices do not communicate with each other to understand what is happening at their... read more

They charge more per day than what you are told and continue to run credit cards until they get what they want. I had to cancel my credit card just to put a stop to it. I have been a preferred member for 2 years and every time I use Avis at ********** ****** airport it has been a disaster! We have moved our corporate account to Hertz and Enterprise and no problems! Just terrible all the way around, especially customer service!!!

was over crashed $7700 when the rate should have been 4500 they didn't like the colour of my skin they called me robber and said they called the police because I bring car late since my mother had hurt foot and couldnt drive add 3000 bs fees and charged for $1000 for undescribed damage 17.65% Premium Location Surcharge 1009.30 they acted like I stole the car when my mom couldn't drive it i told call we can set up time i will drive and help u get the keys since they said i couldn't drive only my mom she was hurt they know so ... read more

I reserved a 12 passenger van on February 2023 confirmation number ***********. The reservation was for pickup on April 7, 2023 at 10am. On the morning of April 7 I called the pickup location to confirm the vehicle was ready for pickup and I was told that they could not find my reservation, nor did they have my 12 passenger van available. I am an Avis Preferred customer and have been renting exclusively with Avis over the past several years. My last experience with Avis at the Kona Airport has me questioning their tactics as deceptive at best and a scam at worst. I rented a car from 3/11/23 to 3/19/23 (******** *** at the Kona Airport. The service in St. Louis was rude and honestly can’t believe they allow an employee to behave that way. Manager watched the behavior. Racial profiling! Will NEVER NEVER NEVER rent another vehicle from them!!!
