Be aware! Issue#1: Upon arrival, I told the staff member I was here to pick up my keys. She did not ask for ID before she gave me the keys to the unit. Why is this an issue? They have never seen me in person. There is no way they could confirm who I was without identification. Verified Renter We are very disappointed with this Cortland Fossil Creek property, as we moved from another Cortland property in Dallas (The Aster). Communication and friendliness was much better at the previous property and we never had any issues. Unfortunately we had to move but this property management team has just been so subpar in comparison to the last.
Amazing Place to Call Home! Laura was such a blessing! Her hospitality and time committed to answering all our questions and walking us through our 1st time apartment shopping was top notch! We ended up signing with a different complex due to the amazing floor plan we wanted was not available, however, it would have been a beautiful community to live in with a highly professional & caring staff!
