Verified Renter The only complaint I have is they are picky about what they want to pick up for trash. 30 bucks a month a pizza box or beer box not in a trash bag is not asking to much in my opinion.

Verified Renter Would like to recommend a raise for the maintenance staff. Also I had a flat tire last Thurs 4-1 that was brought to my attention by a worker named Trevor who I understand was a temp that help with the trash pick-up. who came after his shift and put my spare on so that I could go get a new tire the next day.
Verified Renter I really enjoy the trees all over the complex and the flowers upfront. Clean is very important to me. I love coming home.

Verified Renter I had a great experience my first year living here and I really thought I would be staying in this community long term. Unfortunately the experience has deteriorated during my second lease term. I have dealt with a constant roach issue. I keep putting in pest control orders but it never gets resolved. I'm lucky if I go 4-5 days without seeing a roach (or multiple). It's clearly a deeper issue as I have continued to maintain a clean home and call pest control. The issue is still ongoing.

The excellent staff providing superb service. Manager Stacey is a guru, always looking for ways to improve the living quarters/environment. Ciara and Office Team, are professional and excellent with helpfulness to Cortland's occupants.
