It is very beautiful on the outside as it is inside! They are very well secured apartments, and the office always gets to you very quickly to answer any questions. I've been living... (Verified Renter) I've been living at Avington Park for 5 years now, and it keeps getting better every year. The office staff are working very hard to improve the appearance of the complex and also to provide many activities for the residents. The service team are outstanding, answering service requests within 24 hours is unheard of, but they do it on a regular basis. I plan to renew my lease for another year, can't imagine living anywhere else.
Love living at... (Verified Renter) Love living at Avington Park. It's beautiful and well kept. I have been living with cortland Mangement for five year, since moving from California.. They have exceeded all my expectations. The office staff is professional and helpful. It's a great place to live.
Don't be fooled by the great views. Floors are very thin. The dog that barks constantly in the unit beneath me whenever the owner is away is so loud we can’t watch TV even with headphones on. Terrible neighbors (I offered free dog training and even offered to watch the dog rather than listen to it and they just got belligerent) Worse, management is lazy and won’t enforce noise ordinances. Sad, because we really love the unit and amenities but we won’t be renewing this lease.

This is a... (Verified Renter) This is a great community. I love my apartment and all of the amenities of the community. All of the various functions are nice because it helps build a sense of community in the apartment complex.

When I run into people who are looking for apartments and are being shown around by the staff, I can't help but say how great it is to live here!
